Dear Parents/Guardians,
I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing St Laurence College for your son/daughter and to officially welcome you to our school community. This is the first of many communications and updates we will send to you in the coming weeks and months.
We are busy planning behind the scenes to ensure that your son/daughter has a smooth transition into St Laurence College. I officially invite you to a virtual meeting for Parents/Guardians of incoming students on Monday 17th May 2021 at 11.00am. This meeting will be held via Zoom and we will forward you the link to the meeting via the email you have used to register with us. At this meeting we will have key members of our Transition and Student Support Team available to speak with you, address any concerns you may have and most importantly to meet you face to face. We will be issuing you an information pack via the post in the coming days which contains all relevant documentation pertaining to the school such as our calendar for the coming academic year, information on our uniform, contributions, books and other important material. We hope you find this useful and will send you more details as required.
At our meeting, to ensure we are communicating with you in the best possible way we will be speaking about our school app, Vs Ware, Canteen facilities and induction process also. We welcome any questions you may have, and we will be setting aside time to address those.
