Barista School of Dublin Transition Year Experience
Our TY students recently enjoyed a session with Dublin Barista School.
During this very practical experience, students learned via a commercial espresso machines the hands-on skills needed to work in the hospitality sector.
Students not only learned a hand craft but also important soft skills such as effective communication, dealing with multiple orders and self awareness.
These skills can ultimately empower the students and allow them to get a job, often their first job.
This experience was not only fun but allowed the students to gain much needed self confidence.
