First Year Subject Choices 2020/21
All students will take the following subjects: Irish (exemptions are to be supported with documentation), English, Mathematics, History, Geography, Science, Religious Education, S.P.H.E, Careers, Wellbeing and C.S.P.E.
Electives:
For all elective subjects - students must circle in each group their choice in order of preference:
1 = the subject that you would most like to do
2 = your second preference
3= your third preference
It is each parent/guardian’s responsibility to read all the information on each subject and the associated careers before completing the form. This information has been attached for your convenience.
Group 1: Business Studies or Home Economics
Group 2: Art or French or Technical Graphics
Group 3: Art or Materials Technology (Woodwork)
We will try to give all students their first choices.
Where this cannot happen we will try to give students at least two of their first choices.
Completed forms must be returned to the main office before Wednesday 30th of September.
