An Interview with Tomi Reichental

Ms. Dilley recently organised an interview online with Holocaust Survivor Tomi Reichental for 2A/2B.
Tomi wrote a book about his experiences as a child called 'I Was a Boy in Belsen' and this was a unique experience for the students.
On Friday we are celebrating Le Cheile Day and we are discussing all the week how to live and learn in a 'inclusive' school community.
Tomi's life story reminds us that we have to continue to strive to make inclusion a reality in our world today now more than ever.
The interview generated lots of debate about how the world is changing and about the impact of the War in Ukraine and the students recorded their personal learning through writing and art.
