Odyssey Parenting your Teen Programme

Parenting NI is a lead organisation, which has been supporting parents in Northern Ireland since 1979.They provide a wide range of services such as parents counselling, parents helpline, parenting programs and parenting forum. Parenting NI identified a need for programme for parents of teenagers and designed Odyssey parenting your teen programme.

Where: Samuel Beckett Civic Campus, Ballyogan

When: Wednesday 27th April until 15th June 2022

Time: 6.30 PM – 8.30 PM

An 8-session course for those parenting children / young people aged 12- 14 years, especially developed to improve communication and relationships.

  • Dealing with conflict
  • Improving self – esteem
  • Problem solving

Barnardos:

First Friends is a FREE weekly parent and baby group (0-2 Years) to support parents their children through play & other fun to build positive healthy relationships with learning activities.

The PEEP Learning Together Programme is about; Valuing & building on what parents are already doing by encouraging parents to use ‘everyday’ opportunities at home to promote their child’s early education, learning & development through play, interactions & exploration.

Springboard Family Support Project

Non- Violent Resistance (NVR) Programme.

This programme is designed to bring the violence and aggression to an end and to build a better and stronger relationship between you and your child. Our next group starts on Thursday, November the 4th at 10 a.m. in Springboard for approximately 2 hours.
