St Laurence College

Home School Liaision Scheme

St. Laurence College has a full time Home School Community Liaison Coordinator, whose role is to promote active cooperation between home, school and relevant community agencies with the aim of furthering students’ educational interests. The scheme encourages parents to be aware of their own capacities to enhance their children’s educational progress, and to assist them to develop relevant skills. It is also a preventative strategy designed to help students at risk of not reaching their potential in the educational system due to factors which may affect the student’s achievement and continuation in school.
Mr. John Rowe is the Home School Community Liaison Teacher. John can be contacted at 086 3895966 or at jrowe@stlaurencecollege.com
