Sixth Year students recently particpated in a “Blind folded-tennis ball” activity as part of our Mental Health Awareness Module in RSE.
The students practiced the following key skills which are so important in Mental Health Awareness.
-small steps
-listening
-taking advice
-feeling nervous
-feeling anxious
-trust
-support from friends
-realising you will get there in the end.
