We have been kindly asked to share this resource for parents on online safety by our local Child and Family Network. The information booklet is brought to you by Co. Wicklow Children and Youth People’s Services Committee [CYPSC]. This booklet aims to provide a range of information on how to keep children safe online and how to protect their personal information from predators and hackers. If you require further information please visit www.webwise.ie where you will find information, advice and free education resources addressing a range of internet safety issues and concerns. Webwise offer advice and support for young people, teachers and parents.

The resource has information about parental restrictions (bluetooth, location and privacy settings) as well as helpful information about using popular apps (Facebook, Youtube) and gaming platforms (XBOX, Playstation,Switch) safely.
